My kids have stayed in some very nice properties as we travel frequently as a family and they were able to witness the difference customer service can have on your vacation experience. The staff, the hotel, the amenities were and have always been phenomenal. Close to downtown Sarasota, with good restaurants and live music. Third trip to this hotel and each time it seems to get better and better. I've stayed here a few times and found it to be one of the best family friendly Ritz's around. Great location and easy access to attractions. Jack Dusty is a great place for dining. Their breakfast is delicious!
