Exceptional Everything Great stay The breakfast was fantastic. The hotel itself is beautiful and Instagram worthy. I love the egyptian theme. It also provides tickets to attractions such as terra mitica (which wasn't open unfortunately) and mundomar which are so entertaining. If you have kids, you should definitely book this hotel. The hotel is a good 40 minutes from Alicante aiport (75euros by taxi) which runs a bus service to town and there you can get a taxi to the hotel for much less. The rooms aren't as big as depicted in the picture but they were sizeable and comfortable. Room service is very poor and frustrating and worsened by the fact they don't speak or understand much English. The staff member- Angel is very helpful and speaks English which was helpful The dinner was a let down on both nights. Not enough variety or tasty meals. I felt so bad that we had to waste most of the food. The chef salad and the pork ribs sent me straight to the toilet to throw up and these are food choices I normally enjoy.

I would have expected a bath tub in a hotel of this magnitude and class! You can't have a cuppa in your room as they provide few tea bags only on the 1st day but with no sachet milk!
