It can get busy sometimes with having multiple people in the lobby and the phones going off but you definitely adjust and thankfully I was surrounded by people who were eager to help me. Lack of communication and organization by management cause a lot of the problems there. I was told I was working full-time but would receive 25-27 hours per week, I would only work 10-15 of those hours per week due to not having enough clientele. While I understand it takes time to build up a client base, the problem was I was never told I could work all of my hours whether I had clients or not until I had already found another job. Also, base pay was minimum wage and most massage therapists and estheticians mostly depended on tips. Meetings were always scheduled on days off and made mandatory by Massage Envy, but companies coming in told us it was never that important to come in on days off.
