So, I have been going to Woodhouse since 2014. I have always had an awesome experience, except this last time. Yesterday I went with my friend, it was her first time going. Her masseuse would not stop talking and was talking about inappropriate things. Her masseuse brought up how some people Madrid ate or ask for a happy ending. The masseuse proceeded to ask my friend who i was and went as far as to ask her what was she thinking while she was giving her a massage. I called Wo … odhouse right after the massage and gave my complaint. The manager was in shock and told me someone will call me tomorrow. Today I spoke to a lady named Sara. Sara had the nerve to call me and tell me she spoke to the masseuse and that it would be out of the masseuses character to speak like that. Sara basically called my friend and myself a liar. She was completely unprofessional, my friend and I will never go back to Woodhouse. Ещё
